I began my Reiki journey in 2014 when I received my first degree, initially seeking a way to heal myself. At the time, I was navigating the grief of losing my father when I was 13—a loss that stayed with me for many years.

After high school, I found a meditation center and a supportive community that welcomed me. That became the foundation of my inner healing journey—learning to slow down, reflect, and begin the work of moving forward.

Not long after, I connected with a classmate who practiced Reiki. Curious, I scheduled a session with her. That experience was deeply impactful—calming, clarifying, and grounding in a way I had never felt before. I couldn’t fully explain it at the time, but I knew it was real, and I felt called to explore it further.

That path led me to my Reiki Master, Amy Erez, where I trained in both First and Second Degree Reiki in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system.

Over the years, Reiki has become more than just a personal healing practice—it has connected me to a wider, heart-centered community and supported me through continued growth and inner work.

Now, after years of practice—both personally and with others—I feel ready to offer this work professionally and be of service.
