60-Minute Reiki Session — $75
Sacramento, CA & Online

A 60-minute Reiki session offers an opportunity to receive Reiki in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition in a quiet and supportive setting. The session provides time to rest, be present, and experience the practice for yourself.

During an in-person session, you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table while fully clothed. I offer Reiki through a series of traditional hand positions, with my hands placed gently on or just above the body. No massage, oils, or manipulation are involved.

Each experience of Reiki is unique. You may notice sensations such as warmth, stillness, deep relaxation, or simply a sense of having time and space to yourself. The intention is to provide a peaceful setting in which you can receive the practice and allow your experience to unfold naturally.
