A 60-minute Reiki session is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience designed to support your body, mind, and energy.

During the session, you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table (fully clothed) while I gently place my hands on or just above different areas of your body. Reiki energy flows where it’s needed most, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance.

Many clients experience a sense of warmth, deep relaxation, emotional release, or mental clarity during and after the session. Each experience is unique, but the intention is always to create a safe, peaceful space for healing and renewal.

This session is ideal if you’re looking to:

• Feel more grounded and balanced

In person: full body hands-on treatment (clothed, no oils or massaging).

Distance treatment: a full body Reiki treatment done remotely. We connect by phone or online before and after the treatment.
