Welcome to Oak & Sakura. By accessing this website or booking a Reiki session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or my services.
Services
Oak & Sakura offers traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, practiced according to its established teachings and principles. Sessions are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being and may be offered in person or through distance Reiki.
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Medical Disclaimer
Reiki is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other licensed healthcare services. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment.
If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through my online booking system or by contacting me directly.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
I understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.
Refunds
Because Reiki sessions involve reserving dedicated appointment time, refunds are generally not provided after a session has been completed.
If I must cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for any prepaid amount.
Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
You are participating voluntarily.
You are responsible for your own healthcare decisions.
You will inform me of any relevant health concerns that may affect your comfort during the session.
You understand that individual experiences and outcomes vary.
